The Story
Nestled in the heart of Hampshire, this spacious home required renovation and refurbishment with particular focus on the pool & spa areas. These areas reflect an environment purpose built with the health & wellness of its users in mind. Our proposed design included new structural openings in the existing walls. The new openings emphasise the connection between the outside and inside environment whilst providing practical portal points outward to nature. Internal features such as a new Scandinavian sauna and a sleek, luxurious shower room continued the tranquil experience. Natural materials, wood & stone tile were selected in these spaces also.
A dedicated SBS team considered each instalment to create a tranquil yet practical design
A bi-folding glazing system was installed in the newly made openings surrounding the pool, letting natural light pour into the space and dance on the surface of the pool. An innovative lighting system was also installed to ensure efficient & aesthetic illumination. The highlighted architectural lines create a sense of calm and serenity and this motif can be seen throughout the refurbishment. The temperature control system has been selected to suit environmentally friendly standards. In the same vein of the highly refined elements, all finishes have been specified to match the exceptional quality of the facilities & systems.
